New Quick Draw Location - BOA Tower
There is now a Quick Draw drop box in the Bank of America Tower at 50 North Laura in Downtown Jacksonville. Please call us at 904-398-4788 if you are a tenant and wish to use this $7.00 flat-fee local delivery service.

Quick Draw
“QUICK DRAW” DELIVERY PROGRAM
Specialty Freight & Courier and Draw Couriers are pleased to announce their new “Quick Draw” delivery program starting Monday, March 16, 2009, with two daily, weekday pickups at noon and 6:00pm. Similar to FedEx and UPS, the Quick Draw program, utilizing a locked drop box, offers businesses the opportunity to ship small packages within the local business area at a rate below the national couriers. In fact, the Quick Draw drop box is conveniently located in the basement of the Modis building between the FedEx and UPS drop boxes.
The Quick Draw program services the following zip codes: 32073, 32082,
32202, 32203, 32204, 32205, 32206, 32207, 32208, 32209, 32210, 32211, 32212,
32216, 32217, 32218, 32223, 32224, 32225, 32227, 32233, 32244, 32246, 32250,
32254,32256, 32257, 32258, 32266 and 32277
Here are the reasons you should use the Quick Draw program:
· The flat $7.00 Quick Draw fee guarantees at least a 5%, and possibly 10% or more, cost savings over FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air service.
· On non-holiday weekdays, packages will be delivered by 10:30AM the next day if dropped by 6:00PM and by 5:00PM the same day if dropped by noon.
· The local chain of custody of the package is more secure making it less likely that your package will be lost as can happen in the complex systems of national overnight couriers.
· On-line ordering, tracking, email delivery confirmations and monthly billing make the Quick Draw program convenient and easy.
· Unlike national overnight couriers, official recordings, wait time, return paperwork and other customized services are available for a small additional fee.
Over the next several weeks, William Fritsche, Manager of Courier Services, will be contacting tenants to answer any questions and set up accounts in advance of the start date. Jaxport Conference
In the March 30, 2009 issue of the American Journal of Transportation, Specialty Freight & Courier (SF&C) was noted as an attendee of the Jaxport Logistics and Intermodal Conference held in Amelia Island, Florida on March 17, 2009. SF&C President, Walker Allen, commented that "the conference was a great way to visualize the present and future logistics opportunities in the Southeastern region".
